Product Introduction:
psa oxygen gas generator uses the difference in the adsorption capacity of molecular sieves for different gas molecules to achieve oxygen and nitrogen separation. Under pressure, the molecular sieve preferentially adsorbs impurity gases such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the air, while allowing oxygen to pass through, thereby obtaining a high concentration of oxygen. When the molecular sieve is saturated with adsorption, the impurity gas adsorbed on the molecular sieve is desorbed and discharged by reducing the pressure, and the molecular sieve is regenerated, and this cycle is repeated to achieve continuous oxygen production.

Components
Air compressor: Inhales and compresses air to provide an air source with a certain pressure for the subsequent adsorption process.
Adsorption tower: Usually there are two or more, filled with adsorbents such as molecular sieves. The adsorption tower alternates between adsorption and desorption operations to ensure continuous production of oxygen.
Switching valve: Used to control the flow direction of air between different adsorption towers and the switching of adsorption and desorption processes.
Oxygen buffer tank: Stores and stabilizes the output of oxygen to make the pressure and flow of oxygen more stable.
