About Heap Leaching Oxygen generator
 

In heap leaching, oxygen plays a vital role in the chemical reactions that dissolve metals from ore. Traditional air injection often fails to deliver sufficient oxygen concentration-especially in deep or compact heaps-leading to slower reactions and lower recovery efficiency.

 

The Heap Leaching Oxygen Generator overcomes these limitations by continuously producing 90–95% pure oxygen on-site using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or Vacuum PSA (VPSA) technology. The generated oxygen is directly fed into heap irrigation lines or aeration systems, ensuring the leach solution remains rich in dissolved oxygen throughout the process.
