Working principle of oxygen plant machine
It operates based on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), which leverages the differing adsorption characteristics of nitrogen and oxygen on zeolite molecular sieves under varying pressures. Initially, compressed air (0.3 MPa to 0.55 MPa) passes through an air pretreatment system that removes oil, dust, and most water vapor. The cleaned air then enters the adsorption tower, where nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and residual water are selectively adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, while oxygen is separated and flows through. Once the adsorbent reaches its capacity, the system initiates regeneration by releasing pressure to atmospheric levels, causing the adsorbed nitrogen and impurities to desorb and be expelled. This cycle of adsorption and desorption allows the system to continuously produce oxygen with a purity of 93%±3%. The result is a reliable, on-demand oxygen supply for applications in fields such as healthcare, industry, and research.
