It is similar to the air pressure swing adsorption separation nitrogen production process. After the compressed air at a certain pressure (0.3MPa-0.55MPa) is removed from oil, dust and most of the gaseous water by the air pretreatment system, most of the nitrogen, carbon dioxide and residual water in the clean air are adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, and oxygen is separated. When the impurity components adsorbed in the adsorption tower reach the set control value, the oxygen adsorbent of the adsorption tower is regenerated by atmospheric desorption.
