Technical principle
PSA technology achieves oxygen separation through the selective adsorption characteristics of molecular sieves on gas components:
►Pretreatment of compressed air: After the air is pressurized by the compressor, it passes through the filter to remove moisture, oil mist and particulate matter.
►Adsorption-desorption cycle: Under high pressure, nitrogen (N₂) is adsorbed by the molecular sieve, and oxygen (O₂) penetrates the adsorption bed; under low pressure, the molecular sieve releases nitrogen to complete regeneration. Dual or multiple towers work alternately to achieve continuous oxygen production.
►Intelligent control: The PLC system automatically adjusts the pressure and switching sequence to optimize energy consumption and oxygen purity.
