Technical principle

 

PSA technology achieves oxygen separation through the selective adsorption characteristics of molecular sieves on gas components:
Pretreatment of compressed air: After the air is pressurized by the compressor, it passes through the filter to remove moisture, oil mist and particulate matter.
Adsorption-desorption cycle: Under high pressure, nitrogen (N₂) is adsorbed by the molecular sieve, and oxygen (O₂) penetrates the adsorption bed; under low pressure, the molecular sieve releases nitrogen to complete regeneration. Dual or multiple towers work alternately to achieve continuous oxygen production.
Intelligent control: The PLC system automatically adjusts the pressure and switching sequence to optimize energy consumption and oxygen purity.

Q1: What infrastructure does the equipment require?
A:
Only 380V power supply and compressed air source (optional self-contained air compressor) are required, and no special foundation is required.


Q2: How is the purity of oxygen guaranteed?
A:
Through molecular sieve performance optimization and pressure timing control, the purity is stable at 90%-95%; if higher purity is required, a secondary refining module can be added.


Q3: Can the container adapt to high humidity environment?
A:
Yes. The box body adopts anti-corrosion coating and internal dehumidification design, which is suitable for humid areas such as coastal and tropical areas.


Q4: What is the energy consumption of the equipment?
A:
It only consumes 0.4-0.6kWh of electricity per 1Nm³ of oxygen, which is more than 30% energy-saving than traditional oxygen production equipment.


Q5: How long is the maintenance cycle?
A:
It is recommended to replace the pre-filter element every 500 hours and check the molecular sieve adsorption performance every year.


Q6: Can it be connected in parallel with the existing oxygen supply system?
A:
