NEWTEK container oxygen production system can be regarded as a mobile oxygen center, providing continuous and uninterrupted oxygen supply for various work sites. The system can be widely used in industries and fields such as medical, petrochemical, and ozone production that require high-purity oxygen.

 

Using air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, oxygen is efficiently separated from the air through innovative pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology.

 

Working principle

 

The oxygen production system is mainly composed of air compressor, dryer, PSA oxygen generator and booster compressor.

The air is first compressed to working pressure by a screw air compressor, and then enters the dryer through a filter to remove oil, moisture and dust. The purified compressed air is stored in the gas storage tank to provide raw gas source for the PSA generator.

The clean compressed air enters the PSA generator and is adsorbed and separated by zeolite molecular sieve in the adsorption tower. The molecular sieve adsorbs nitrogen and oxygen is separated and passed. Through periodic regeneration, the adsorbent releases the adsorbed impurities (mainly nitrogen) to complete the regeneration cycle. The oxygen-rich gas gathers at the top of the absorption tower and enters the oxygen storage tank for storage.

After filtration, the stored high-purity oxygen can be directly incorporated into the hospital oxygen network system, or enter the booster compressor to increase the pressure, and finally filled into the cylinder through the cylinder filling system to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
