PSA Oxygen Generation Plant

 

Efficient oxygen production, excellent performance


High-purity output: oxygen concentration ≥ 93%, flow range 1-200m³/h (customizable), meeting the needs of medical emergency, industrial cutting, environmental protection treatment and other scenarios.
Low energy consumption design: 30% energy saving compared to traditional oxygen production methods, and 20% reduction in unit oxygen production cost.
Continuous operation: 24-hour uninterrupted work, stable oxygen concentration, and molecular sieve life of up to 10 years.


Modular container design


Integrated integration: The equipment has built-in air compressor, purification system, adsorption tower and control system, with a small footprint and supports rapid deployment.
Strong mobility: Suitable for various modes of transportation such as road, rail, and sea transportation, meeting the needs of remote areas such as plateaus, mining areas, and disaster areas.
Environmental adaptability: high temperature and low temperature resistance (-20℃~50℃), anti-vibration design, adaptable to extreme working conditions.

 

Intelligent control


PLC fully automatic control: real-time monitoring of oxygen concentration, pressure, and flow, supporting remote monitoring and fault warning.
Multivariable optimization algorithm: Dynamically adjust the adsorption time and desorption pressure to ensure that the system performance is always in the best state.
Safety protection: Equipped with oxygen concentration monitoring, cumulative time recording and automatic venting functions to ensure oxygen safety.
