The operation method of industrial nitrogen generator mainly includes the following steps:
Connect the gas circuit: Connect the outlet of the nitrogen generator to the gas inlet of the equipment that requires nitrogen gas (such as chromatograph, mass spectrometer, etc.) through a gas pipeline, ensuring that the connection is well sealed and leak free.
Power on: Connect the power to the nitrogen generator, turn on the device switch, and start nitrogen generator 12.
Check flow rate and purity: Pay attention to the outlet pressure and nitrogen purity of the nitrogen generator. The outlet pressure should generally be maintained at around 7 bar, and the nitrogen purity should be greater than 99%.
Regular maintenance:
Regularly replace desiccants: When 50% of the discolored silica gel in the drying tube changes color, the internal packing should be replaced. When replacing, turn off the power, exhaust the system gas, unscrew the purification tube, replace the silica gel desiccant, and bake the color changing silica gel in a 120 ℃ oven for 12 hours, or burn the molecular sieve in a muffle furnace at 250 ℃ -300 ℃ for 24 hours.
Check the filter: Regularly check whether the silicone in the filter changes color. If it changes color, please replace or regenerate it immediately.
Supplementing electrolyte: Electrolyte is consumed during work, and distilled water should be regularly replenished according to usage conditions to ensure that the liquid level is between the upper and lower limit scales. When replacing the electrolyte every six months, first extract the waste alkali solution from the generator, add distilled water, start the instrument to clean the electrolysis system for about 5-10 minutes, and then add new electrolytic alkali solution
Attention:
Avoid no-load operation: The instrument should not operate under no-load when the pressure is "0" to avoid damaging the electrolytic cell and switch power supply components
Do not disassemble by yourself: Users should not disassemble or open the electrolytic cell on their own to avoid affecting the overall operation of the machine.
Handling precautions: If handling is required, please use an ear wash ball to clean the electrolyte in the storage tank. After installing the inner cover, tighten the outer cover to prevent residual electrolyte from overflowing during transportation and corroding instrument 1.
Following these steps and precautions can ensure the correct and safe use of industrial nitrogen generators, thereby providing a stable, high-purity nitrogen supply.
