PSA nitrogen generator is a device used to generate high-purity nitrogen from compressed air. Its working principle is based on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA). It is mainly composed of an intake system, an adsorber, a gas tank and a control system.

 

Working process

 

1.The intake system sends compressed air into the adsorber.

2.The adsorber is filled with special adsorbents that can selectively adsorb oxygen and other impurity gases in the air and allow nitrogen to pass through.

3.The high-purity nitrogen after adsorption enters the gas tank for storage.

4.When the adsorbent adsorption capacity is saturated, the control system will switch to the regeneration cycle, and the adsorbent will regain its adsorption capacity through decompression and backwashing.

5.The above steps are repeated to continuously generate high-purity nitrogen.

 

The container design integrates the entire system in a standard container, with the advantages of small footprint, flexible layout, easy transportation and installation, and is suitable for on-site construction, factory workshops and other applications. The system can provide high-purity nitrogen for industries such as chemical, electronics, food, and laboratories to meet the needs of different users.
