What is a containerized nitrogen generator?
As the name suggests, a containerized nitrogen generator is an entire nitrogen generator system integrated into a rugged container. This allows you to place your nitrogen generator system outdoors without compromising its performance or reliability.
Contained within the container is everything you need to produce your own nitrogen. This may include compressors, nitrogen generators, boosters, dryers, filters, gas tanks, gas cylinder racks, and more. All components are carefully selected to meet your specific needs. For example, the container shown below is equipped with a backup compressor (for redundancy), a heated blower dryer, and a membrane nitrogen generator with gas storage. All equipment is connected together via AIRnet piping.
To ensure excellent performance in an outdoor container, the following additional features are included as standard
1.Insulated walls keep the unit at a comfortable temperature in winter and summer.
2.Built-in space heating, fans and ducting keep the unit operating at an optimal temperature all year round. This in turn ensures the most reliable and energy-efficient operation.
3.Safety features: An oxygen analyzer monitors whether oxygen concentrations are at safe levels. The container is also equipped with adequate ventilation to prevent oxygen concentrations from being too low or too high. Nitrogen exhaust pipes are led outside the container to prevent nitrogen-rich environments.
4.In the event of a power outage on the entire site, emergency lighting will still work.
5.Control and connectivity features also allow remote monitoring. An optional PLC provides a comprehensive understanding of the real-time operating status of the generator and local monitoring of the entire pipeline and instrumentation diagram.
Plug-and-play nitrogen generator
