Product Introduction:

The air is compressed by a full-performance air compressor and enters a multi-stage filter to remove most of the particulate dust impurities. Then, the hot air is cooled by a cold dryer to remove moisture from the air. Finally, it enters the air storage tank for buffering and pressure stabilization, and enters the adsorption tower that has been regenerated and is in working condition through a switching valve. In the adsorption tower, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and other gases are adsorbed by molecular sieves, and oxygen is enriched from the top of the adsorption tower and enters the oxygen buffer tank. A sampling port is set on the outlet pipeline of the oxygen buffer tank to test the purity of oxygen. The qualified oxygen is then filtered through a dust filter and a sterilization filter to obtain qualified medical oxygen. In order to obtain continuous and stable medical oxygen, the pressure swing adsorption oxygen production equipment is equipped with two adsorption towers to produce oxygen alternately. When one adsorbs and produces oxygen, the other adsorber is in a regenerating state. The other component gases discharged by regeneration are discharged to the outside through a silencer.

 

Advantages of medical oxygen manufacturing plant

 

(1) The product gas has a low content of harmful substances. Since the more polar or easily polarized molecules are, the easier they are to be adsorbed by the adsorbent, the acids, alkalis, carbon dioxide, oxides, halogens, etc. in the air are all substances with strong molecular polarity and are difficult to pass through molecular sieves, which ensures that the product gas contains less harmful components to the human body. Therefore, the content of harmful substances in the oxygen produced by PSA is lower than that specified in the national standard "GB8982 Medical Oxygen".

(2) Low investment cost. Compared with the traditional deep cold oxygen production method, pressure swing adsorption oxygen production has the advantages of simple process flow, small footprint, and low investment. It can be used in general hospitals.

(3) Safety and environmental protection. Medical pressure swing adsorption oxygen production equipment operates at room temperature and low pressure, which is relatively safe. The oxygen production process is a physical adsorption process, without chemical reaction, and does not pollute the environment.
