Biogas power generation
Biogas can be used for power generation, and the oxygen produced by PSA oxygen generators can be used to improve combustion efficiency and power generation efficiency. In a biogas internal combustion engine or gas turbine power generation system, introducing an appropriate amount of oxygen into the combustion chamber can make the biogas burn more fully, release more energy, and thus improve the power generation and energy conversion efficiency, and reduce energy waste.




Optimization of anaerobic fermentation process
In the anaerobic fermentation stage of biogas production, although the fermentation process itself is carried out under anaerobic conditions, an appropriate amount of oxygen may help regulate the metabolic environment of microorganisms in some cases. For example, in the anaerobic fermentation of some complex organic wastes, the introduction of a small amount of oxygen can stimulate the growth and metabolism of specific microorganisms, promote the decomposition and conversion of organic matter, and thus improve the yield and quality of biogas. PSA oxygen generators can accurately control the supply of oxygen as needed to provide more favorable conditions for the anaerobic fermentation process.
Wastewater treatment
Biogas devices usually produce a certain amount of wastewater. When treating these wastewaters, the oxygen produced by PSA oxygen generators can be used in aerobic biological treatment processes. Aerobic microorganisms can more effectively decompose organic pollutants in wastewater under aerobic conditions, so that the wastewater meets the discharge standards or is reused, reducing pollution to the environment.
