Production and Logistics

Performance indicators
Meet various industrial oxygen purity: Different industrial applications have different requirements for oxygen purity. For example, glass manufacturing, non-ferrous metal smelting, etc. usually require oxygen with a purity of about 90% - 95%; while in high-end fields such as electronic chip manufacturing, aerospace, etc., oxygen purity may be required to reach more than 99.5%.
Gas production: The required gas production should be customized according to the scale of industrial production and oxygen demand. Small industrial enterprises may require dozens of cubic meters of oxygen per hour, while large steel mills, chemical companies, etc. may require thousands or even tens of thousands of cubic meters of oxygen per hour.
Pressure stability: Stable output pressure is necessary to ensure the stability of the industrial production process. Some industrial production requires that the output pressure fluctuation range of PSA oxygen generators be controlled within a small range, such as ±0.05MPa.
Response speed: In some production processes, such as emergency safety or process switching, oxygen generators need to be able to start quickly and reach the set oxygen production index. The time from startup to stable oxygen production of our equipment ranges from a few minutes to tens of minutes.

Operation stability: The equipment should be able to operate stably for a long time, and the annual operating time is generally required to reach more than 8,000 hours, with a low failure rate and a mean trouble-free operation time (MTBF) of no less than 8,000 hours.
Anti-interference ability: It can work stably in complex industrial environments, such as having a certain tolerance to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and dust, and can still maintain stable performance under environmental changes within a certain range.
Operation and maintenance
Automation degree: It has a highly automated control system that can realize functions such as automatic start and stop, automatic adjustment of operating parameters, and automatic diagnosis of faults, reduce manual intervention, and improve the accuracy and safety of operations.
Convenience of operation: The operation interface should be simple and intuitive, easy for operators to understand and master, and convenient for parameter setting, status monitoring and other operations.
Maintenance difficulty: The equipment structure should be reasonably designed to facilitate daily inspection, maintenance and repair by maintenance personnel. Key components should have good replaceability to reduce maintenance costs and maintenance time.
Safety and environmental protection
Safety performance: It has complete safety protection measures, such as overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, anti-static grounding, fire and explosion protection, etc., to ensure that the equipment will not pose a safety threat to personnel and equipment during operation.
Environmental protection requirements: Environmental protection requirements should be met during operation, such as noise emissions should comply with relevant standards. Generally, the noise during equipment operation is required not to exceed 85 decibels, and waste gas emissions should be reasonably handled to avoid pollution to the environment.
