Gas production
Raw air treatment: Oxygen Generating Plants use air as raw material, compress the air through an air compressor and send it to the pretreatment system to remove dust, impurities, moisture and oil, etc., to provide clean and dry air for the subsequent oxygen production process, ensuring the stable operation of the oxygen production system and the quality of oxygen.
Oxygen separation and production: Using pressure swing adsorption technology, the adsorbent uses the difference in adsorption capacity of different gas components in the air under different pressures. Under high pressure, the adsorbent adsorbs impurity gases such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide, while oxygen is relatively less adsorbed, thereby achieving the separation of oxygen from other gases. Under low pressure, the adsorbent releases the adsorbed impurity gas to achieve the regeneration of the adsorbent and can be recycled. Through the alternating operation of multiple adsorption towers, high-purity oxygen is continuously produced.
Gas supply
Meet the demand for refueling: Providing a steady supply of oxygen gas to the oxygen filling station is the basis for the gas station to refuel various equipment and vehicles that require oxygen. Whether it is to fill medical oxygen cylinders or to refuel hydrogen-oxygen hybrid fuel vehicles, the required oxygen is produced and supplied by the Industrial Oxygen Gas Plant.
Ensure stable supply: Through the automatic control system, the PSA oxygen generator can flexibly adjust the oxygen output and output pressure according to the actual oxygen demand of the gas station, ensuring that during different peak and trough periods of gas consumption, it can stably provide the gas station with oxygen that meets the quality and pressure requirements, ensuring the normal operation of the gas station.
